I made the call to redact a recent article written about the SSPX and the decrees from the DDF. WPI graciously offered to republish it, for which I am very grateful. Though I stand by my conclusions, I realized I had written it in the heat of frustration with the deluge of online rebuttals over the last few days, which seemed to me to be so poor that it would be easy to respond to them and clear things up for people. But reading my article again, I realized there was no need for this, and stooping to the level of responding to their neurotic analyses gives them attention they do not deserve. Roma locuta est, causa finita est.
